The OORT 2000 is installed.

To open it: click the Finder face at the far left of the Dock, click Applications in the sidebar, then double-click The OORT 2000.

The first time you open it, your Mac asks whether you are sure you want to open an app that was downloaded from the internet. That question is normal and every app gets it. Click Open.

To keep it handy, drag its icon onto the Dock.
